I want to exclude anything from the JTAG Chain of an Altera Arria 10 SoC Board, except for the HPS.
On the Arria V SoC Development Board, there is a DIP switch bank (SW4), that can do that. It has switches for HPS, FPGA, FMCA and MAX.
On the Arria 10 SoC Development Board, there is a similar DIP switch bank (SW3), but it only includes one switch for the Arria 10, not seperate switches for the HPS and FPGA. How do I exclude the FPGA from the JTAG Chain on the Arria 10 Board?
