If you haven’t downloaded the SoCEDS package yet, go ahead and do that. In your soceds install you’ll find an “examples” directory that contains HardwareLib bare-metal examples. There should be some examples that contain interrupts and sample peripherals.

The source files for the examples are at soceds/ip/altera/hps/altera_hps/hwlib/
