OpenCV Project on SoCKit - is there FPGA Verilog/VHDL source?

I’m looking for a Quartus project for the SoCKit that includes VGA output, framebuffer and/or signal generator,
that I can compile with the free Web edition of Quartus (thus the VIP project is disqualified).

I stumbled on the OpenCV project here, but it just offers an FPGA .sof binary and no source for the project.

Any good pointers?
