well, the updated version of the project (linked at the top of the project page, http://rocketboards.org/foswiki/view/Projects/PCIeRootPortWithMSI) is not convenience for You?
alteraforum.com was embedded into forum.intel.com and some links have broken during this transformation. The only solution is to try to search at the forum or even whole internet. The content could be sometimes found, sometimes not.
