Unable to clone project from git

(1) Following instructions listed in below links to build rootfs and kernel, failed to clone git project,

fatal: repository ‘https://angstrom.rocketboards.org/linux-socfpga.git/’ not found

(2) Any new links to clone? Or any available updated document for reference?

GSRD v14.0 is rather old document, so links seem to not function for some years, unfortunately.
The current official Intel (Altera) and Rocketboards place where the code could be got from is this one


You can find them repositories fom Angström as well as for U-Boot, Linux kernel itself and many others.
