I just got a brand new Atlas SoC kit, and I am trying to start it the first time. I followed the quick start guide instructions. However my PC says that it is not recognizing the USB device. I tried on two computers with two separate micro USB cables. The message in both is is more or less the same. I did not change any settings. What am I doing wrong?
Hi man, I’m having the same problem and I can’t boot the embedded Linux either, in fact a couldn’t see a single message from message from the board in the Uart/Usb interface. Did you solve your problem?

you should find the required driver in your Quartus installation folder. Install the drivers manually and select the driver folder (something like this: C:\altera\15.0\embedded\drivers and/or C:\altera\15.0\quartus\drivers)
