A10SOC Devkit How to enable SFP+ via System console

Hi,
Two Q’s.

  1. Is SPF controller on MAX 5 controllable via System Console?
    If yes, is there an example tcl script to access and monitor?
    If not, how do you control it?
  2. Clock controller. I will need to change output freq on one of the 3 Si PLLs, do you have an example how to control it?
    I cannot connect to the devkit via BTS config, for some reason. So I cannot use the example on BTS.
