Following instructions to build a jic file that performs a FPGA first single QSPI flash boot (link below)
I successfully created the jic file and using quartus_pgm programming completed without error. However, after powerup I did not see any output on minicom.
I tried to recover by using the QSPI Agilex release 2021.4 jic file from
https://releases.rocketboards.org/release/2021.04/qspi/agilex_qspi/
Still nothing after powerup.
Before programming I set SW1.1, SW1.2 and SW1.3 to on and once programming was complete I powered off the board changed SW1.2 and SW1.3 to off and powered on the board.
