An ARM license for development software from a distributor

Hi, please, I am wondering if the license provided by the distributor in the below website is for Altera DS-5 (or later versions) Eclipse-based software? They provided a datasheet from Intel for “Altera SoC EDS”, that’s why I confused, is this license for Altera DS software or not.

Thank you!

Hi,

I could not access the link you provided but if you are talking about the licensing of Intel FPGA SoC EDS, I hope the followings will help. The license code should be 15-digit alphanumeric string with 2 dashes in between.

The only SoC EDS component which requires a license is the Arm* DS* for Intel® SoC FPGA Edition. Two license options are available:

  • Arm* DS* for Intel® SoC FPGA Edition License
  • 30-day Evaluation of Arm* DS* for Intel® SoC FPGA Edition License
