Inorder to complile the hardware design, the Prerequisite is " Quartus and SoCEDS and ARM Development Studio 15.0.1 or 15.0.2,
Intel doesn’t support this version any more.
how can I compile with a newer version?
Don’t know if it’s the case here but there have been instances in the past where devices (etc) have been obsoleted and it was required to use the last software version with support. Quartus downloads back to 13.0sp1 are available.
