Building the Hardware Design Agilex SOC GSRD Cannot Generate Output Files

Hi,

We are building the hardware design taken steps from Agilex SOC GSRD

We are Observing some warnings while building the hardware design due to that sof file is not generated.

Warning (115003): Can't generate programming files for your current project because you do not 
have a valid license for the following IP core or cores.
Warning (115005): Unlicensed IP: "Triple-Speed Ethernet (6AF7 00BD)"
Warning (115005): Unlicensed IP: "Nios V Soft Processor FPGA IP - M Core (6AF7 D036)"

Give me any hints to solve the issue.
