Cannot make file despite cloning the github file in Quartus Prime 19.1

Hi,

I was attempting the SoCkit_SW_lab_16.0.pdf in SoC EDS 19.1. I was taken to this link Building Bootloader for Cyclone V and Arria 10 | Documentation | RocketBoards.org whenever I attempted the makefile on Windows 10 platform.

I see that the entire coding is in Linux and I am using Windows. The following is what I have done so far on SoC EDS 19.1. 570.

Despite cloning the git file, I still face same ‘make’ issue.
