Eosc for cyclone V

hello ,
I have a very basic question. i saw on one of the training session videos for intel soc and they mentioned about the eosc ( external clock source). while i have a project that has the hps instantiated and working, i looked at the pin assignment and saw that i do not have a clock going into the part but all the while the hps is generating a 100M clock that is being used by the FPGA for its purposes. I see a 50M oscillator connected to the chip but i dont see it on the pin assignments. Is this possible?

HPS’s clock input is driven by specific pin: OSC1 , you can check it out in schematic.
This pin can’t be assigned.
