Ethernet PHY KSZ9031 with U-boot

Can I use ethernet PHY KSZ9031 made by micrel with cyclone V SoC’s Uboot?

I think U-boot souece code is supopred KSZ9021 in SoC EDS v16.0.
But KSZ9031 is not supported.
What kind of correction is necessary?

Or, I would like to know how to disable ethernet on Uboot and enable it from Linux.
Because, I think Linux is supported the ethernet PHY.
