I am having trouble getting any flat file project code to load on the A10 SoC Devkit board. When I program any FPGA project (no matter how simple) with the USB Blaster the HPS locks up. I must be missing something very basic but I don’t see this issue elsewhere so I am quite baffled as to what is going wrong. I am using Quartus Pro v17.0 A simple example would be helpful but I think I have a more basic problem than that. My earlier work with Cyclone V had none of these issues so I underestimated the differences in the FPGA upgrade.
