i just follow Step #5 Configure and Compile U-Boot.
and i stuck a problem

that’s link are Broken.
so i try to fine similar one
http://releases.linaro.org/components/toolchain/binaries/4.9-2016.02/arm-linux-gnueabihf/gcc-linaro-4.9-2016.02-x86_64_arm-linux-gnueabihf.tar.xz
and follow step as written by Rocketboards.org
make socfpga_cyclone5_config
make
after make it … it should create “u-boot.img”
but nothings happen and
System not configured - see README
