We are working on a Stratix 10 H-tile board. Most of the examples and code for Stratix 10 are for the L-tile.
We wondering if the example found here https://rocketboards.org/foswiki/Projects/Stratix10SoCDesignExampleFor10GbeWithIEEE1588PTPCapability?validation_key=80c78b24abb18a56f4f1efba8ba79f74 could be converted to be used with an H-Tile as well. We tried to update it but there three licenses that we don’t have. It says it support H-tile/L-tile but we weren’t able to compile the FPGA for the H-tile.
FPGA on our development kit is: 1SX280HU2F50E1VGAS.
I’m in the same boat as you. No H-tile support anywhere. Were you ever able to successfully rebuild any of the .sof or .jic files for H-tile?
Yes. The devkits are supposed to be supplied with the necessary licenses for 1 year from date of purchase. We didn’t recieve these and so we reached out to the supplier to receive the correct licenses. After which we were able to generate the needed files. We took the L-Tile example and updated it to an H-Tile and rebuilt.
We then followed RocketBoards tutorial on building the GSRD. I don’t remember all the details as it was a couple years ago now.
