SD card interface to Cyclone V

HI,
We are booiting the Cyclone V throgh the SD card.
Bsel configuration - 0x5
Csel configuration - 0x0
The SD response only with the d0 , all the others bits d3-d1 are stuck,
and the UART_TX dosn’t response.
Can you help us?
