SoC EDS : Linux, cannot execute binary file (.run file)

Hi,

I installed Debian.
I want install Soc EDS on my Linux partition with the .run file.
I made chmod +x
BUT i get “cannot execute binary file : Erreur de format pour exec()” Format Error for exec file !!!
